Very helpful and beneficial in terms of collaboration and valuing all staff as equals. Unfortunately I feel this article will resonate more with people already of like mind, as it will be natural practice for them to behave in this way. However, I hope that it is an opportunity for many to reflect on self behaviours and perhaps embrace a new and more collegiate approach to professional relationships.
