This means that approved aged care providers and associated providers can now manage, track, assign and report against the full suite of Alis learning modules, just as they would with resources in the Ausmed Library™. No. Once the provider has been approved to access the modules, all staff members from that organisation will be permitted access.

Existing Ausmed Learn™ customers can find the registration form by logging into their manager portal, navigating to Learn in the top menu, then click Libraries → Alis (ACQSC). Simply complete and sign the registration form that appears and Ausmed will send your request to the Commission for review and access approval.

If your organisation’s request to access the Alis Library is denied by the Commission, it may mean your organisation does not meet the eligibility criteria set by the Commission (e.g. not a registered aged care provider).

• Contact your Ausmed Customer Success Manager: They can clarify the reason for denial (if provided) and help you understand your options.
