Amanda Adams

Biography

Amanda is the director of Adams Care Training and a highly experienced health and social care professional who has held senior roles across the private sector since 1995, spanning learning and development, quality and compliance, and operations management. A former Learning and Development Manager with a passion for training and mentoring, Amanda has developed and delivered a wide range of training for both support workers and managers, and brings deep knowledge of policy, legislation and best practice in real care settings. Amanda holds a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care, an ILM Level 4 in Leadership and Management, and a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, and is an Investors in People Internal Reviewer.
