Jennifer Fairweather

Biography

Jennifer is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years’ experience, specialising in Intensive Care Nursing and the management of critically ill, complex patients. Her ICU roles have included advanced practice within Medical Emergency and Access teams, supporting clinicians in deterioration management, delivering advanced education, and coordinating care across departments. She has also acted as Nurse Unit Manager and led clinical teams in high-pressure environments. Alongside her hospital work, Jennifer partners with NDIS providers delivering complex and high-intensity supports, to strengthen clinical governance systems, emergency preparedness and workforce capability. Her focus is on bridging the gap between compliance readiness and the practical realities of safe, high-quality care in the community. Holding a Master’s degree in Critical Care, Jennifer is committed to evidence-based practice, professional development and improving outcomes for patients, providers and frontline care teams.
