Saima S. Ali is a registered nurse, educator, public health researcher and founder of ENAAG. She has extensive experience in aged care, dementia care and workforce education. Saima is undertaking doctoral research at the Adelaide University, where her work focuses on dementia care, workforce capability and ethical practice. She is passionate about supporting healthcare professionals to deliver compassionate, evidence-informed care that upholds the dignity of every Individual.
