This Training Module will provide you with an overview of common workplace hazards, both physical and psychosocial, and discuss how to identify and manage them using the risk management process. It will also discuss the importance of psychological safety in the workplace and the responsibilities of employers and employees in fostering a mentally healthy and psychologically safe environment. No matter what social care setting you work in and what your role is, you'll be equipped with the knowledge needed to keep yourself, your colleagues, and the people you support safe.
