Know My Rights is a national microlearning platform and training series developed by Ausmed and funded by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Grant Program.
Its purpose is to help NDIS participants and people who support them to understand their rights, encourage quality care, and take confident action when something isn’t right.
This ‘Act On It’ microlearning module is the third of three intended to help support workers and providers implement effective processes for collecting and acting on participant feedback to ensure their rights are upheld.
