Pressure ulcers should not be considered a normal part of being unwell or in care. This training module will prepare staff to better identify changes in skin integrity, recognise early-stage pressure ulcers, and seek timely and effective escalation of care to prevent further damage or stop pressure ulcers from developing altogether.
